At 96% cotton with a touch of spandex, it has enough give to layer comfortably over anything without feeling stiff or boxy. Patch pockets on the bodice, two side seam pockets, and a 24" length in a small make it as practical as it is pretty. True to size, or size up for a looser, easier fit.
