Shipping policy
Shipping:
- As of now, FREE shipping is available only to the US customers. Canada, and select international countries (United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, France, Germany, and Ireland) must pay for shipping and handling. (To our international communities: trust us, we are working on adding more options. Our apologies, and we’re working on it!)
- Enjoy free shipping on orders of $100 or more (for US orders only) after any discounts are applied. Separate shipping and handling fees are included for orders with any glass, ceramic, porcelain products, or large wooden serving trays due to their fragility and size.
- Stoneware Shipping & Handling Fee: Due to the weight and fragile nature of our stoneware, a $5 shipping and handling fee is applied to each individual stoneware piece in your order. This fee helps ensure extra care in packaging and safe delivery. Please note: this $5 per-item fee applies regardless of order total and is not eligible for free shipping.
- International orders will have a separate shipping and handling fee.
- Kindly allow two business days from your order date for us to process your package.
