Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

• • Free U.S. shipping: Eligible U.S. orders of $100 or more ship free after discounts have been applied.

  • Fragile and oversized items: Glass, ceramic, porcelain, stoneware and large wooden serving trays require special packaging and shipping because of their weight, size and fragility. These items are excluded from our free-shipping offer.

  • Stoneware and pottery: A $5 handling fee is added for each individual stoneware piece, in addition to any applicable shipping charge. This fee covers the extra materials and care required to package each piece securely. It applies regardless of the order total.

  • International shipping: Free shipping is not currently available outside the United States. We ship to Canada and select international destinations, including the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, France, Germany and Ireland. International shipping and handling charges apply. We’re working to expand our international shipping options and appreciate your patience!

  • Processing time: Please allow up to two business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.
