Chef Cheryl Perry will teach you how to turn ripe fruit and pantry staples into gift-worthy, better-than-store-bought jams, jellies, and curds—without pressure canning (unless you want to!). From freezer-friendly favorites to stovetop magic, this class is perfect for those who love flavor, gifting, and the joy of homemade goodness.

Whether you’re new to preserving or want to freshen up your skills, this class is packed with tips, tricks, and lots of fun.


📋 What We’ll Make:

  1. Freezer Hot Pepper Jam – Sweet meets heat. Amazing over cream cheese or paired with roasted meats.

  2. Lemon Curd – Silky, citrusy sunshine in a jar. Perfect for tarts, toast, or sneaking by the spoonful.

  3. Pear, Vanilla & Cardamom Jam – Cozy, fragrant, and just the right balance of sweetness and spice.
