Hand-glazed in a soft matte finish, this round stoneware pot has a domed lid with a notch cut for the wooden dipper. That notch means the dipper never has to leave the pot, so the drips fall back into the honey instead of onto your counter. Emerson Creek Pottery makes each one in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, mixing their own lead-safe clay and glazes on site. Fill it with honey or maple syrup, and keep it out on the table so a hint of sweetness is always within reach.
