Hand-painted stoneware in a tall, slender shape, this bottle is something you'll want to keep out where everyone can see it. Your good olive oil deserves better than a dark cupboard, and the glazed clay shields it from the light and heat that turn oil stale! Emerson Creek Pottery makes every one by hand in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, mixing their own lead-free clay and glazes in the studio and painting each design themselves. Fill it with oil or vinegar, and that narrow spout gives you a slow, even drizzle instead of a glug.
