Terms and conditions for promotion participation

1. Organizer - The organization and management of the draw is the responsibility of: Modern Prairie.
2. Participants - The draw is open to all persons of legal age (18+) who meet the requirements specified in the draw publication. The organizer's employees and their relatives may not participate in the draw.
3. How to Enter - Every purchase made between 07/01/2024 and 07/07/2024 will automatically include an entry to win. You may also submit an entry to win by sending us an email with your name and contact information to: giveaway@modernprairie.com
4. Participation Period - The participation period for the draw begins at midnight 7/01/2024 and ends on 7/07/2024 at 11:59pm PST. Entries received outside this period will not be considered for the draw.
5. Prizes Awarded

6. Winner Selection - The winner will be chosen randomly by the organizer from all participants who have met the draw requirements. The winner will be notified by email the week of 7/08/2024.
7. Communication with the Winner and Prize Delivery- The winner may contact the company within a period of [7 days] from the date giveaway ends at 11:59 pm PST on 7/07/2024. In the event that such contact is not made within the stipulated period, the draw will be declared without a winner [or another winner will be assigned, depending on preference].
8. Treatment of Personal Data - The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by the organizer in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.
9. Modifications and Cancellation of the Draw - The organizer reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, provided that they do not harm the participants' rights. Likewise, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.
10. Liability - The organizer is not responsible for any possible damages, harm or injuries that participants may suffer during the development of the draw or as a consequence of their participation in it. Likewise, the organizer is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.
11. Acceptance of the legal terms - Participation in the draw implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set forth in these legal terms will result in the participant's exclusion from the draw.
