Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- As of now, shipping is to the US only. (To our international communities: trust us, we can’t wait for BIN to go global. Our apologies, and we’re working on it!)
- Enjoy free shipping on orders of $85 or more.
- Kindly allow two business days from your order date for us to process your package.
Returns:
At Modern Prairie, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
We will accept returns and exchanges within 14 business days of your order’s ship date if:
- Items are returned in original condition – unopened, unused and unwashed
- If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for return or exchange with proof of purchase
- The item is not a limited edition, single-batch product
Online returns:
- Enjoy free shipping on all returns. Please email returns@modernprairie.com to initiate your return and we’ll happily send you a return label with step-by-step instructions.
- Looking to exchange your item? While unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges at this time, just return your item using the instructions above. Then you can place another order (and fall in love with your new purchase!)
- Once we receive your return, your refund will post to your credit card or debit card within 7 to 10 business days.
